GYMKHANA ENTRY FEES

$20.00 per entry, which includes all 5 events on the day of the gymkhana.

If you are entering a second horse, it is also $20.00, which includes all 5 events on the day of the gymkhana.

Registration opens the Thursday before the event via e-transfer & closes at 10:00am the morning of.

**All riders on the grounds must have a current membership, signed waiver and all minors must be accompanied by an adult to register.**

EVENTS
Barrel Racing
Riders race around the inside of the 1st barrel, clover leaf pattern around inside of 2nd barrel, up and around outside of 3rd barrel, then race straight between the middle of the frist two barrels and across the finish line. May start on either side. May touch or steady barrel while remaing in riding position.
Keyhole
Race straight into keyhole, spin around, race out and over the finish line. Stepping on or over the keyhole line disqualifies rider.
PoleBending
Race straight in to last pole. Go around last pole and weave to first pole. Go around 1st pole and weave back to last pole. Go around last pole and race straight out over finish line. Three second penatly for each pole knocked down. Disqualified for missing pattern or touching the pole with hand(s). (Assisted Tiny Mites will use 3 poles)

Flags Race
Race to 1st flag, circle the flag to pick it up and run back to bucket/barrel, continue same way until all 4 flags are in the bucket/barrel and then cross the finish. All 4 flags must be in the bucket as finish line is crossed. Rider can pick up a fallen flag before crossing the finish line as long as he/she remounts their horse before placing the flag into the bucket. Rider may not cross pattern or will be disqualified. May start on either side. (Assisted Tiny Mites will use 2 flags)
Stakes Race
Horse must cross start line with all 4 feet and, turning to the right, head to the 1st pole. Race around the 1st pole utilizing a left hand turn, clover leaf pattern around the 2nd pole, clover leaf pattern back around the 1st pole, then race straight back across the finish line to stop the time. Disqualified for missing pattern, knocking pole down or touching the pole with hand(s).
